Every year, we hear from patients that maintaining their health habits during the summer feels SO HARD. There’s patio beers, late nights, lake-life and so much fun; AND you can enjoy those things and still stay on track with your health foundations this summer.
Introducing the Flow50! In celebration of our 5th birthday we’re spending 50-days holding ourselves (and you!) accountable to up to 5-healthy habits.
The challenge starts June 1st and wraps up on our 5th birthday, July 20th, 2025.
What do we mean by holding you accountable?
By joining us, here’s what you’ll get.
Each one of our Naturopathic Doctors has chosen a health habit that is challenging for them to maintain (yes, we’re real people too!). Each domain has a baseline requirement to meet that goal; for example 10,000 steps a day. Every week, you’ll get BONUS challenges in each domain.
You can choose one or all 5-of the following areas of your well-being:

Stay accountable with exercise in a way that is sustainable. Featuring weekly tips from Dr. Briana Lutz, ND and bonus challenges, you’ll feel empowered to stay consistent through one of the busiest months of the year!

When it’s light out until 11pm who DOESN’T want to sit up and enjoy a glass of wine? Except then you have to manage life the next day on less than optimal sleep. Join Dr. Jules Passy, ND in understanding your sleep needs (and feeling rested and energized!)

Barbeques, alcohol and summer fun should absolutely be enjoyed in moderation. Join Dr. Miranda Hoskins, ND for inspiring meal ideas, tips to meet your protein goals and solutions for enjoying the foods you love while staying in line with your health goals.

The end of the traditional “school year” often means chaos for a lot of families. For child-free folks or empty-nesters, the summer often means more travel and sometimes a lack of social connection. Humans THRIVE when they’re experiencing meaningful connection in their relationships. Dr. Dominique Paradis, ND will guide us through ways to create more connection and meaning in our relationships and help us maintain friendships in adulthood.

While some folks find the summertime to be care-free, for others it’s a challenge. Dr. Briana Botsford, ND will offer tips and tools to make stress a tool, manage your body’s physiological response to stress and feel calm and centred. You’ll carry these tools with you into the future.
So how does it work?
YOU get to decide how many of the pillars of our guided challenge you’re committing to. If you know Nutrition is your biggest obstacle, then commit to that. If you’re a sedentary Sally then commit to movement. This isn’t about choosing what’s easiest for you, it’s about challenging yourself to commit to a health habit that you’ve been struggling with so that you can receive WEEKLY support from our team.
You can choose one area or all five. Make sure you’re 100% in on your commitment to that pillar.

Weekly emails from our team, with detailed explanations of HOW to be successful in your health-habit(s) of choice.
You’re going to get the information from ALL 5 pillars - even if you are only committing to one. This means you’ll be able to go-back and re-read or watch our expert tips and tricks FOREVER (if you want).
